Our screening process checks Credit History, Criminal Background, Employment History, and Rental History. We look at the entire report when making a decision on your application.

Alliance2020 bills directly for the cost of the application. You must provide a debit or credit card number at the top of your application in order for your application to be processed.

The application fee is $35.00 per adult age 18 and older, or $45.00 per married couple.

Please be sure to complete the application in its entirety, including complete addresses and phone numbers for references.

For married couples with different last names, include a copy of the marriage certificate. If a marriage certificate cannot be provided, there will be 2 INDIVIDUAL application fees.

Unverifiable income will not be considered for qualification purposes under any circumstances.  Please provide the most recent pay stub(s) for each working applicant.

If self-employed, please provide the previous year’s tax return and last 3 months business and personal bank statements. Also be sure to include any documentation related to child support, SSI benefits, or other sources of verifiable income.

IMPORTANT: INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

 FOR YOUR APPLICATION, MAKE SURE TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

1.   CREDIT/DEBIT CARD NUMBER

2.   COPIES OF DRIVERS LICENSE OR STATE ISSUED I.D.

3.   COPY OF MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (IF APPLICABLE)

4.   PREVIOUS RENTAL ADDRESSES, LANDLORD NAMES AND PHONE NUMBERS

5.   COPIES OF MOST RECENT PAY STUBS

6.   COPIES OF SSI, DISABILITY, CHILD SUPPORT, OTHER INCOME

7.   SELF-EMPLOYED ONLY:  PREVIOUS YEAR’S TAX RETURN AND LAST 3 MONTHS BUSINESS AND PERSONAL BANK STATEMENTS
