The rental application(s) must be returned to Bell Properties in order for it to be processed. It can be returned in one of the following ways:

1.      Bring in person to our office at:  9429 N. Davies Road, Lake Stevens, WA 98258,

2.      Email to: info@bellproperties.net,

3.      Fax to us at 425-334-0452, or

4.      Mail to us at PO Box 529, Lake Stevens, WA 98258.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU FAX THE APPLICATION TO US, MAKE SURE TO SEND IT TO 425-334-0452. If you send it to the fax number listed for Alliance2020, your application will not be processed. It must be sent in by Bell Properties to Alliance2020. Alliance2020 bills you directly for the cost of the application.

The application fee is $32.00 per adult age 18 and older, or $37.00 per married couple. Please be sure to complete the application in its entirety, including complete addresses and phone numbers for references. Incomplete applications will not be processed.  If the application is for a married couple with different last names, include a copy of the marriage certificate. If a marriage certificate cannot be provided, there will be 2 application fees. Credit laws do not allow Alliance2020 to access a joint credit report of a couple with different last names unless there is proof of marriage.

In addition to the application and if applicable, the marriage certificate, please provide  the 2 most recent pay stubs for each working applicant, or if self-employed, 2 years tax records. Also be sure to include any documentation related to child support, SSI benefits, or other sources of verifiable income. Unverifiable income will not be considered for qualification purposes under any circumstances.
