Meet Michael "Doc" Waring

My name is Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class (FMF) Michael Waring, US Navy (Reserve). After leaving active duty, I started selling real estate. I want to honor my brothers and sisters in arms by giving them a portion of my commission for using my services.

The way I see it, being an Iraqi Freedom Vet myself, you should be honored not only for your service in general but for what you—the individual warrior—have done. So I have devised a rebate schedule to reward those who gave above and beyond.

• 10% vet w/ hon discharge or Reserve/Nat. Guard. -OR-
• 15% for active, retired or surviving spouse.
• +2.5% for Campaign ribbon (Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Etc.).
• +2.5% for 5+% VA disability rating.
• +2.5% Purple Heart.
• +.5% FMF Ribbon/Medal.
